Refund & Return Policy

1. Full Refund Eligibility:

Customers are eligible for a full refund in the following scenarios:

  • IDP is refused by car rental agencies or traffic authorities in listed countries, with documentary evidence of rejection.
  • Order placed within three (3) years from the date of order.

2. Digital IDP Delay:

If the digital IDP is not received within 8 minutes for fast order processing, if all the documents provided are correct. customers are eligible for a full refund. This applies if the promised processing time is exceeded with all required information provided.

Normal orders have a two (2-24) hour’s processing time, and express orders have twenty (5) minutes.

3. Unlimited Free Replacements:

Customers are entitled to free replacements for the duration of the IDP’s validity. This applies to:

  • All digital IDP copies.
  • Lost printed copies of IDP Booklet and/or complementary card, shipped to the original address.
  • Orders that never arrived, as evidenced by tracking history.

For shipping to a different address or upgrading the shipping method, we cover the printing and IDP issuance cost. Customers only need to cover the shipping cost.

4. 30-Day Refund Policy:

Customers can cancel their IDP application within two (2) hours of placing the order for a full refund. A 15% printing and handling fee is charged for cancellations after the two-hour grace period. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Eligible for refunds under this policy:

  • Change of mind about the product.
  • IDP not used.
 

5. Non-Refundable Items

Orders are non-refundable under these conditions:

  • Once the order has been shipped.
  • Without documentary evidence of IDP rejection by traffic authorities or car rental agencies.
